1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy describes information handling for Picture Bloom Solitaire and this website, provided by Manna Games Ltd. (“Manna Games”, “we”, “us”). For privacy questions or requests, email support@manna-games.com.

The game is a butterfly picture-pair puzzle. Online services, advertising, purchases, and notifications depend on the app version, platform, configuration, and your choices. Development or test versions may simulate these services rather than connect to their production providers.

2. Game information and device storage

The app stores progress, level and attempt information, coins, lives, boosters, reward and purchase records, and sound, music, haptic, and notification preferences on your device. It also creates a random installation identifier used to distinguish installations and help with support requests.

Deleting app data or uninstalling may remove local progress. Device or platform backup features may retain copies under their own settings. Local storage does not by itself mean your progress is synchronized to an online account.

3. Information used by online services

When online services are enabled, the app may send its installation identifier, game and app identifiers, platform, app version, device model, timestamps, session and screen events, level progress, booster use, and ad or purchase events to Manna Games and relevant service providers. Android app-set identifiers may be included where available. Network requests also expose information such as an IP address to the receiving service.

We use this information to deliver configuration and services, understand game performance, troubleshoot problems, measure advertising, prevent duplicate rewards or purchases, and protect the service. Ad measurement can include ad impressions, clicks, reward completion, and revenue or attribution information. Purchase processing can include product and transaction identifiers, receipts, price, currency, and entitlement status.

If you contact support, we receive your email address and anything you choose to send, such as your installation ID, device details, and a description of a problem. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

4. Advertising, analytics, and purchases

Versions with advertising may use Google AdMob, including rewarded ads, or promotions for other Manna Games products. Ad providers may process device and advertising identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from network information, and ad interactions, subject to applicable permissions and consent.

Where configured, AppsFlyer and Meta services may measure installs, app events, and advertising or purchase performance. Firebase services may support analytics or notifications. These integrations are conditional: a provider is not necessarily active in every build. Relevant provider policies include Google, AppsFlyer, Meta, and Unity.

If purchases are offered, the applicable app store or payment provider processes payment details under its own policies. We may receive transaction and entitlement information needed to grant or restore content; we do not request your full payment-card number through this website.

5. Notifications and permissions

When notifications are enabled and supported, a push token and associated installation, platform, app version, and device information may be used by Firebase and our notification service to deliver messages. You can change notification permissions in your device settings and, where available, in the app. Turning off notifications is not the same as requesting deletion of data already held.

The core picture-pair puzzle does not require access to your contacts, personal photo library, microphone, or precise GPS location. Device advertising and tracking permissions are managed through the platform and any applicable in-app choices.

6. This website

This promotional website does not add advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, account registration, or tracking cookies. Its interactive illustration runs in your browser without saving game progress. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, request time, and requested page, to deliver and secure the website.

Links to Manna Games, app stores, and external providers lead to services with their own privacy practices.

7. Purposes, legal bases, and sharing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in maintaining and protecting it, complying with legal obligations, or consent for activities that require consent. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.

Information may be shared with hosting, support, advertising, analytics, notification, and payment providers as needed for their functions; with authorities when legally required; to protect users and services; or in a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. Advertising or attribution disclosures may be treated as a sale or sharing under some regional laws. Contact us about applicable opt-out rights and use available privacy controls.

8. Retention, security, and international processing

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including support, security, purchase records, and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. Retention depends on the data, service, and applicable obligations. Providers and platform backups may have separate retention periods.

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Information may be processed outside your country by us or our providers. Where required, applicable safeguards are used for international transfers.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising uses. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. These rights can be subject to lawful exceptions and verification.

Include your installation ID if available in the app’s Support & privacy screen, so we can locate relevant records. Send only what is needed to identify the request. We will respond within applicable legal time limits.

You can manage notifications and advertising or tracking permissions through your device. Clearing app data can remove local saves but does not automatically delete provider records, purchase history, backups, or information already sent to us.

10. Children

Follow the app store’s age rating and applicable age requirements. Where parental consent is required, a parent or guardian must provide it before a child uses services that collect personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information without required authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when the game, services, or legal requirements change. The updated date appears at the top, and additional notice will be provided where required.
